Does anyone is NY know how it is? The car has white rims in the back and stockers up front. This is my second time seeing it, but can't get a chance to see who it (was walkin from school).

Saw it again today in the Flatbush area. Still don't know who it is, but he drives wild!

Seriously, it could be Simon, his is white, has the stillen front, not sure about the sides though. And he's got different rims, from last time i saw it.

Nah its not my car. Only guy I can think of is this dropped B13 with white 17's. But I dont remember him having a Stillen kit. It might be but the only way to find out is goto Ave D. and Remsen to confirm it.
