Will 96 200sx tail lights fit a 98 200sx? If it's a dumb question I am sorry, but I cant find any conclusive evidence on the boards..

Thats a pic of my 95 w/ the 98 tail lights... so yes they'll fit!

The light change looks similar to the previos generation mustangs...where there is a black cover over the tail light. Is this right? If so can you buy a cover? I know the mustang tails' covers come off.

The black part is actually painted onto the tail lights. I was thinking about painting it body colored to make it blend into the car better... BTW, got any more pics of that stillen front bumper? send them my way at jack@team-vision.org.

Not yet Jack! Trust me I'm getting so many requests (not to sound cocky) about getting pics that I'm going to take a picture ASAP. My car is sort of dismantled right now. I broke a bolt off when putting my valve cover back on, and am waiting EONS for my replacements to get here from Nissan. Don't worry as soon as the car is willing, I will be also! :D

Thats kind of gay its painted on! I was sort of getting into the idea of putting a cover like that on my lights :(

Are you only buying one?? As in, you still have the 98 left tail light? Cause if that's the case, then they won't match.

And the "black part" on the 98's aren't actually painted on, it's the plastic molding around the light. And it looks 100x's better painted to match the car!

The "black part" is paint... My driver's side 98 tail light is chipped and you can clearly see that they aren't moldings, but black paint. FYI. :) If I had a digital camera, I'd post a pic of it.

DAMN YOU matt! I thought I was the only one who had it!!! :D

Personal opinion but the non bubble ones look a lot better. My cousin has a white SE and says the bubble ones are really rare. Anyone know if its true that its rare? He has a 98.
