: Courtesy Nissan Service...

Hello all-

I would like to share a story concerning the service from Courtesy Nissan in Texas. I work in the Insurance Industry as a Marketing Rep. Through this job, I have realized that there are many companies who can provide the same product as you can. What sets my company apart from the rest is the exceptional service we offer. In my mind, the Automobile business follows the same theory---you can buy Nissan Parts at any dealer, discount house or even online. In order to differentiate yourself from the rest of the crowd you must have exemplary people who set your company apart from the rest.

As an active member of www.maxima.org and www.sr20deforum.com (dedicated to the Sentra SE-R), I would like to step up and point out the excellent service that Rodger and Pete Dowdall have provided me with in the last several weeks. Not only have they obtained my continued business, but the potential business of over 1500 members on two different Nissan performance related sites. You should consider them as an asset to your business as they have gone out of their way to truly exemplify why Courtesy Nissan is such a capable parts provider.

This is the letter I have sent to the Parts Manager. They may not care, but they should. This outfit gets a 5-star rating from me. They went above and beyond the call by helping me out with a part for my SE-R. They offer a nice discount and people who know our cars.

I share this story knowing that many of you use this dealership. However, there are some that don't. I would fully encourage you to at least email them to see what they can do for you. Not only are their prices good, but the response time is second to none!! Here is the contact information!

I ask for Brain on the weird stuff but they all seem to work as a team very well. I have nothing but good to say about them. Maybe this shoud be moved to the buyer/seller ratings section.

Yeah, Brian at Courtesy is one cool dude. When ever I need something I know I can count on him to get it or point me in the right direction. He knows his shiot and to boot, he is one hell of a nice guy. Example I ordered my UR 2pulley set from him and he offers to sell me a crank seal with it. I would not have thought of that, but he did. This kind of service you can't find often. The seal was dirt cheap but if you got in there and needed it you'd be SOL, nobody carries it but dealers. I'll always go to him first.

I agree, Brian has been nothing but great in helping me out with my parts as well. Funny thing is, for some odd reason, more people spell Brian as Brain than you think.

I just recently UPS'd a pressure plate back to him and the lady there accidentally typed "Brain" on the shipping label. She then had to scribble it out and handwrite "Brian". Hehe :D

All of the guys at Courtesy are great. Steve,Brian,Bruce,Kaleb and all the rest. One of the nice things about going to Courtesy is that the guys do know their stuff so well and most of them have been there for a while. That way everytime you call in or go in you arent dealing with some new guy.

I think the Courtesy Parts guys are some of the best out there, hands down. And I am in no way Biased. It was the excellent level of service that brought me to the Dealership and I am proud to say that I work there. The parts guys had always taken such good care of me I figured it must be a great place to work and I was right, It is. If you've never tried Courtesy Nissan I highly recommend you do.
