I am going to buy a classic se-r sentra and would like to do a bluebird swap. I have done some research and have got bits and pieces of a list that would be needed to do the swap correctly, i.e. fuel, air, suspension, etc.
Could someone please provide me with a list to see if i am leaving anything out.
1. Suspension
2. Air
3. Fuel
4. Miscellaneous
Thanks in advance,
I have done alot of research, but i want an all inclusive list so i can price things out and figure out exactly how much it will cost to do the swap correctly, excluding labor costs.

I think you'd be better off if you wrote a list, like I did, and asked people to fill in your blanks, rather than just asking for a complete list. There are lots of ways to skin any given cat...

Oh, my list (which is incomplete, but has the broad strokes) is here:What JP would do if he were made of money. (http://www.whack.org/~dren/2002_05_26_archive.html#77002491)If you want to comment on it, feel free. :)
To actually answer your question, you can sometimes get away with running the stock boost levels with the stock Bluebird ECU and mostly stock chassis-side hardware. There was an excellent article in the December '01 Sport Compact Car that showed how George Roffe (aka Geo, aka Darth Roffe, aka King Turd) did the swap in his G20.
Some would say that he went way overboard on mods, like my imaginary list above, but you see what needs done and what doesn't pretty clearly. He and I are of the persuasion that if it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing. ;) You need to change the bearings. You need to get a downpipe. You need to consider ventillation options, since the stock TMIC doesn't play very nicely under the hood of an SE-R. What else are you unsure about?
