Backed out of a sale from me. said he felt "uneasy" because he couldnt verify the check's account validity, when all he had to do was deposit it, and wait for it to clear. my girlfriend called him up to tell him this and he still felt "uninspired"

Not to be a dick or anything, but it is HIS money. I had a check sent to me that had supposedly "cleared" only to find out some weeks later that the account was closed and I was out $250! Luckily for me, the person was big enough to be cool about it and send me a money order. But, it still scared the shit outa me! I've dealt with Mike before and he's a great guy. What's wrong with being a bit cautious... But, like I said, no offense bud... just stating my dealings with him.

Mike Obrien is one of the best guys I have ever purchased anything from. We did business not too long ago, I purchased his fuel rail for a damn good price, I sent the money via Pay Pal and had the fuel rail a few days later, I was amazed at the speed it arrived. Personally I got screwed in another deal with another person not too long ago, it was a MAF deal that I sent the Money paypal, so now I'm out a 100 bucks, but Dealing with Mike boosted my spirits. As far as sending a check, a check is like playing russian roulett you never know what your gonna get. And no offense against you but from what I heard he has his right to be uneasy. Like David said it's his money.
