I have a 96 b-14 with the Tein SS dampers on it,and I love it.Rides smooth on the street, even with 8kg springs in the front and 7kg in the rear.Don't lower it too much, unless you like spinal injuries.I've had this set up for about 3 yrs,as an auto-x car,and occasional daily driver, very reliable.

I'd post some pics, but I'm too old and/or stupid to know how.If you were gonna daily drive this car, stick with the springs that come with them.I upgraded for auto-x,with daily driving only a second thought.I really didn't lower it more than prolly 3/4 inch,if that much.
I have a 97 b-14 with KYB agx's,and H&R springs,really like that for a DD.My .02....

lol, my 96 is lowered by at least an inch and a 1/2 and I feel like I'd be better off having bicycle tires on it. (I bought it this way).

Yes it is quite good.

What Hondas? Where? With which suspensions?

Eibach springs and Tokico shocks is a horrible combination. Absolutely dreadful, it flat out sucks. If you think that is a "good" suspension you will be thrilled with the Teins.

You second...uh...sentence? I have absolutely no clue what you are attempting to communicate.

Is English your second language or something?

It not only answers the questions that I surmise you are asking, but it covers all your suspension options.

I believe the Honda "bouncing" that he is talking about comes from progressive rate springs. The early displacement of the suspension is fairly large, until the spring rate catches up with the force. With any kind of performance shock setting, the early part of this displacement is "overdamped" which creates a choppy action.
I have the Hyperco springs on my b14 and I notice this. It takes a little getting used to.
