My question is what is the name of the metal piece that is inbetween the headlights/grill and the front bumper...a part number would be even better...thanks in advance.

:D If I'm not mistaken it's called the (bumper)filler. I got mine from a junk yard for like $10. Sorry I can't help you with the part #.
