What is the pipe called that goes from the cat to just over the axle? Can I assume that is called the "mid-pipe?" If so, who sells one that is performance oriented? Courtesy? If not them, what all would I need to MAKE on---resonator, piping, etc.

Any suggestions in terms of products and what it will cost to buy from Courtesy vs. make my own?

You probably coulda done a search on the forum and found it.

Courtesy sells the b-pipe (mid-pipe).

Custom piping at a local shop will cost you probably $100 or less for stainless crush bent and a Thrush glasspack works real well as a resonator. I got mine at Jeg's for $14.99.
