That's not really a TunerPro specific question, but more of an understanding how the fuel correction maps work in general. I recommend that you search old posts to really get an understanding of what you are changing. Here is a great one to start, this does address your question posted above, http://www.sr20forum.com/showthread.php?t=25488.
myprojectB13 03-22-2007, 12:23 AM Here's a very useful tool posted by JRios, http://www.sr20forum.com/showthread.php?t=97526.
Like I said, search the old stuff. One night I just started at the very beginning of the ECU forum and read every post. I learned TONS.
Katana200sx 03-23-2007, 04:33 AM a noob question...how do i adjust the maf?

Read the second sentence of the post above, all of the info is out there, Calum is probably too busy to spoon feed.
Thought I would post the best guide I've seen on the net:

Katana200sx 03-23-2007, 03:15 PM i should have edited my post i suppose. later in the morning i clicked your links and saw that my question would be answered in those threads.
myprojectB13 03-25-2007, 08:21 PM TunerPro RT works with the Realtime ECU and Windows Vista if anyone was wondering.
coreyg 03-30-2007, 12:54 AM Hi everyone, I just got my realtime ECU from Calum for my S13. :) If anyone has any basic questions like adjusting for new MAFs, injectors, boost or just general tuning feel free to send me an email at coreygamache(at)hotmail.com or get me on aim at coreyirancid and I will try to point you in the right direction. I have nothing better to do at my desk job all day anyway! Also I'd just like to say thanks to Calum for the ECU!

Calum 03-30-2007, 10:52 AM Can you do me a favor? Take some screen shots with TunerProRT updating the rom, and uploading and downloading a bin. I need to finish the 'How to' for it, but keep forgetting to grab screen shots.
veilside180sx 03-30-2007, 11:04 AM Use the button on your keyboard that says "print screen" calum and then paste
Bowlcut 03-30-2007, 11:16 AM Problem over all is.....He's lazy and forgetfull ;)
and to make it easier, do Alt+PrtScn to get just the active program :D

Lol, I know. That would work if I actually had a Realtime ECU to work with. :P I keep selling the units that are supposed to be mine. Right now I've got the B14 prototype and thats it.
veilside180sx 03-30-2007, 12:58 PM Ahh...haha I figured you would've known that. Which is why I was somewhat stumped when you asked...
coreyg 03-30-2007, 05:49 PM oops ignore this post, I'm slow :)

You have email.
Greg Amy 04-14-2007, 01:31 PM Calum/Kevin, I'm running into a roadblock here with TunerPro RT.
I'm trying to change the injector K-factor. I start TPRT, select the bin and XDF file, and manually change the k-factor value. I then select "Upload to Emulator" then "Verify". I get a verify "failed (0)". I re-upload, same result.
If I go into emulation mode and do the same thing, I still get a "failed (0)."
Just to make sure I'm not nuts, I downloaded the BIN from the emulator, and it does, in fact, still show the old value.
What am I doing wrong here? Phone call to cell appreciated, if at all possible. Thanks.
Calum 04-14-2007, 03:37 PM -connect ecu to pc
-start TPRT
-it should say 'Romultor detected or some such'
-Open your bin
-Click the little chip looking button on the tool bar
-Open the 'injector k value'
-There should now be an 'update' button on it
-Change k-val, click update, and you should immediately see the car change
Call if you have a problem, I'm on the road right now but should be home this evening.
Greg Amy 04-15-2007, 10:29 AM Calum, thanks. I've done that, and noticed the immediate change in AFR.
However, when I do a verify, it fails. And, if I restart the process and select "download BIN FROM emulator" then review the k value, it's the old value...
How can I verify that the BIN stored in the ECU has the correct value?
Calum 04-15-2007, 07:13 PM I think this is a TPRT thing. Let me play with it tonight. My guess is try doing the above, saving the bin, then verifying. I bet the verify is going off the saved bin and not whats currently loaded in the editor.
