after waiting a week to get my new UNDEFECTIVE axle in, after having a defective axle installed, i get in my car tonight after the install of the new axle and its STILL vibrating like crazy. its like a constant rubbing and pulsating while driving. is there ANYTHING else that could be causing a vibration like that?...it seems like its on the right side (had the left replaced tonight) and the sound seemed like it was on the left the past few days.

wheel out of balance, try rotating the tires see if that helps. and while the first lug is seating giggle the rim to help center the wheel on the lugs. could be a problem with a rotor on that side.

you could also check the wheel bearings.

yep, its the wheel bearings...took it to a good shop and its gonna cost me $280 to get them replaced:( . oh well, as long as the damn vibration is gonna be gone, next fix...my metal on metal brakes;) .
