Hi guys, I am looking to redo the ground on my mass air flow meter. Here is my question. What is the actual cause of the ground problem? Is the problem related to the ground at the plug? At the sensor, at the wire or at the ground post on the intake manifold? Where is a good place for me to start.

Thanks

http://www.se-r.net/engine/maf_ground.html is the place to start.

I have no specific answer as to why the ground goes bad. But, it does. And re-grounding makes a nice difference. Easy fix.

Good luck.

Here is the deal, G20 is a little different than the SE-R listed in the website. The plug is almost impossible to reground. I want to know if i could get away just tapping the wire with those wire splitter or just redo the ground at the intake manifold
