Hi all,

I was going to ship my transmission out to SR20Development for a workover until Ben directed me to the thread on their shoddy workmanship and customer service. Now I'm looking for alternatives and hope you can help me. What do most of you do with your transmissions? Are any of you running 12s with the stock transmission?

Please advise. I'm finding this whole "transmission is the weak link in the car" thing increasingly frustrating.

Shit slow, get a clutch that won't grip too much and will slip. . . . Somepeople are working on that problem I'm sure.

If you have a spare tranny you can have it sent off and cryo treated and shot-pined(spelling?) go to www.onecryo.com

P.S, if you don't have a spare, and are planning on buying one, I'm not sure what year your car is but if its a 91-4 then buy a 95-7 200sx tranny...fixed 5th gear...
