Hey whats up guys, i just got into the sr20det, i traded my 89 mirage with 6bolt swap for this one. I dont know if the previous owner is registered, but its a 92 with the s13 swap built with eagle rods and 300zx tt pistons, and a bunch of other goodies. I've done some searching and couldn't find my answer, but last night i was letting the car idle and all of a sudden it started running like poo, smoke coming out of the exhaust and a bad sputter, so i did a self diagnostic and it pulled a 1,2 which i came up with a maf sensor beng bad. But my question is which one do i have, where do i get one that i need, i think its on the stock harness but the maf thats on it now has hard wired in. When i unplug the maf, it doesn't change, it continues to run like poop. The numbers on the maf sensor are....22880 40f00 hitachi, AFH50-04 9Z06...sorry for the long first post, but i plan on being around for a while guys, thanks.....(also any va guys close to fredericksburg... willing to give a hand....:)

what to you mean the maf is hardwired in? you can unplug it right? anyway, if you unplug it and nothing changes that is your problem. this forum has many many many more sentra owners than 240 owners. pm andriasmiko <i think thats how he spells it) he may have the part your looking for.

i'm sorry guys, its a 92 sentra se-r, today i got more info, its the sr20 motor built and boosted, now tonight, i'm not getting any spark, its still pulling a 21 code and a 12 which i haven't replaced the maf yet, but it doesn't make any sense. also there are a few plugs unplugged not going to anything, which were like that when it was running.
