I recently had a resonator installed at my local meinekee and he used a louvered one as opposed to a perforated core. I asked him if he had one with the perforated core, so all he did was turn the other one backwards so the little louvered holes on the inside to catch the air were now facing the back of the car as opposed to the front, which seems to make the air flow past the blocked up holes. Do you think with this setup that im losing flow, or that its pretty much functioning like a resonator thats perforated?? It did quiet it down, and got rid of the infernal buzzing noise, so im extremely happy with it, and my butt dyno doesnt feel that the car has lost any performance, but id like to know what you guys think. Thanks in advance..John.
