My next car will be a B-14 200sx or Sentra SE. How much does a Sentra SE weigh? I will be going turbo but would like a 4 door as well.

Also what Sentra SE's should I look for?

Go for an SE-L, but I have to warn you... those are hard to find... :(

It's personal preference on the SE vs. SE-L. The SE is just a little more sutle in the look then the SE-L that has some Carbon FIber things on it here and there plus the plat. rims color. Don't worry about the LSD. Get the new Nismo LSD that fits the Non-LSD tranny. It should work better/last longer then the VLSD one in the stock tranny.

Good. Well at least they are lighter than my Talon. My Talon was 3125 with me in it and with 220whp i pulled a 13.9 with no traction. Just making sure that the Sentra would be faster. The Sentra SE's are hard to come by in my area. I'll probably end up getting a $5,000 200sx. I really want a 4 door though.

I have a '01 Sentra SE P/P. There is a gravel pit outside one of our autocross sites w/ a scale. My car weighed in at 2660 LBS. w/ 1/3 tank and no spare or jack and, of course, w/o me. The car had 225/50-16 Kumho race tires on stock rims w/ a straight pipe in place of the muffler. There was also a stock SE-R Spec-V there that weighed in at 2700 LBS. w/ 1/3 tank and spare/jack in car. I was happy to see that the car wasn't over 2700 like I had expected.

I weighed my se at moroso motorsports park in west palm beach, fl and I got 2620. That was with a 1/4 tank of gas and with rack that I had made for my stereo system which had mounted 3 amplifers. Yes I eventually sold most of my serious stereo system because it weighed too damn much. So if I did not have that in the car I would say it might of been up in the high 2500's.

if yer referring to carpoint...it sucks. stock the sel weighs 2617, w/ no fluids inside. that's the way nissan weighs the car. autotrader.com tends to be more accurate, check 'em out.

are these really that hard to find? I bought mine in september and didn't know anything about Nissan's. it had about 25,000 miles on it(Thank God that I bought it, I love this thing). I saw two more in april at a local dealership. less than 20,000 onthem both.

the only thing I don't like is that fact that the cup holders are in the way of my stereo...every time I shift into third, my milk shake turns the radio off. :mad:

and yea, se-ls are rare, only seen like 3 in chicagoland within half a year :-/ one gray one, one blue one (nice), and one charcoal gray
