Has anybody passed emissions tests with the hotshot headers?

What is the quietest Exhaust setup besides stock? (Stillen has a nasty drone)

Is the JWT ECU worth the money assuming I purchase the headers?

Are the Hotshot headers pointless if I go back to stock exhaust?

Well the Hotshots should not have any ill effect on emissions. The cat should still be able to heat up enough for a good light off. Just make sure the engine is warm before you get tested.
The quietest exhaust system I know of is the HKS and I happen to have a new one right here for sale. celica_gt4@bellsouth.net Every time I read an article on it, they say the same thing... Great sound, not too loud and great power. I have a pic of the dyno readings if you want it. E-mail me.
The JWT ECU is a nice upgrade, but I have heard over and over again that it really helps out when you have a lot of bolt ons. You should get the bolt ons 1st and then tell JWT what you have.
The Hotshot headers do give you some power with a stock exhaust, but even changing the muffler to a straight through will really let them do their thing. Then there's this nice HKS cat back. ;)

I did. I actually bought the header in order to pass emissions (I had a hole in the stock flex pipe). It passed with no problems.

I see that you are from Jersey. I am also and even though I have not gone through insp. with my mods, I personal know several that have passed with way more mods than header and exhaust. You will not have a problem.
