these are the crappy pics. this is just my smc short shifter w/ trust knob.

these are my DIY re-upholstered door panels. i removed the stock tweed material and replaced it w/ black velveteen. i will be getting some digital pics of the doors, these are just too crappy for me and my website.

hey stiletto--kinda off topic, but just wondering about your led rear turn signals. since it takes less power to run an led bulb, did your turn signals almost double in speed?

i'm asking because i have red led's in my rear turn's too, and now my car looks like it can't turn fast enough to match the damn signals....like it's so ancy that it's hyperventilating. is there a non-technical solution to make them blink at a more normal pace? (even *** i'm basically use to them now)

That happened to me too, so I removed them. I was getting freaked out by the hyper-activity coming from my left one, so I took both out. What happened w/ yours?

you can get variable load flasher relays at any parts store to make your blinkers flash normal speed. The relay is located under your steering wheel, just remove that lower plastic panel, it's a black plastic relay (about 1" X 1" X 2.5") on the right side of the steering column. to help you find it, you can turn your blinkers on and listen for where the clicking sound is coming from. that's the relay. pull that out and find a matching one(there is about four different types to choose from, some are for four bulb 3post flashers, and some are for 2bulb 2post flashers or something like that) at your local parts store. make sure it says on the box "variable load" they are about $10. It works, I've done it, but my wife drives it around most of the time and she said she likes the rice flashers better, so I took it back out.

Stilleto, nice pics man. I like the hoses, and am waiting on mine, they are pulling the same bullshit they pulled when you did it. "I am waiting for a ESD" whatever. Hopefully there will be 18 more people with great silicone radiator hoses in the coming weeks.

the light blinks fast since the led pulls such a small amount of current. to your car its the same as having a burnt out bulb. It blinks like the bulb is burnt out.
