Ok, so i have a non-stop-tuning underdrive crank pulley which since fitting i`ve had an oil leak from the front seal, so i changed it 2 weeks ago and guess what it still leaked.

Decided to have a close look at the pulley........notice the groove where the oil seal would sit?...you can actually feel an uneven lip, which i assume isn`t factory spec!

Would this be causing my problem?

i put my seal on the block by nudging it in with the old gasket an a hammer.. then i put on the pulley. maybe thats it?
