when i let off my clutch theres a creaking/clunking sound in the rear of my car? any idea what it could be?

I had a rear clunking sound when my rear right strut was blown.

sounds like a blown strut, i would know, i had four.

i also have a sound when i go over bumps in the road it makes a quick vibrating sound, same thing? its in the front right, but not the same noise as the noise in the rear of my car.
