when im in any gear and take my foot off of the gas theres a vibration throughout my car, im clueless as to what it is? also does the same thing in reverse when im just taking off to back up.

Motor mounts. Time for some new ones.

I got almost the same problem man, mine happens when I let off the gas and the rpm drops real low or when I'm idling and my rpm divebombs:mad: maybe your idle is not adjusted properly?? Check those motor mounts as well and get some inexpensive ES inserts if needed.

ES inserts are Energy Suspension motor mount inserts (they are not a whole motor mounts but rather a urethane? stuff you put on the mounts to make them stronger)
I was having engine vibration and shifting problems a year ago and ended up installing those on the front and rear mounts( there is a dogbone piece that goes by the bottom of the radiator, and another goes at the back of the tranny where the shift linkage is located at)
you should crawl under the car and look to see if your mounts are bad.
