I didn't even know they had a cage for the NX. I have been looking for one. How much is it?

Yes autopower makes both a rollbar and rollcage for the NX2000. http://www.ioportracing.com/rollbar2.htm I have the back half of a rollcage installed in my car and it fits perfectly. I don't have any pictures. Need to get a dig camera. :(

Was it bolt in? How much did they run? Do you have t-tops?

What did you pay for the bar and how much was shipping?

Thanks,
Tim

Mine's custom weld-in. 6pt cage: main hoop, two lateral hoops*, windshield bar, two door bars, two backstays (from main hoop to rear strut housings), two diagonal bars within the backstays. The main cage is 1.75" diam. , 0.120 wall DOM tubing, the other parts are 1.5"diam. 0.95 wall DOM tubing.

DOM stands for drawn over mandrel - a cold process where seamed ERW tubing is drawn in order to even-out the material. A common misconception is that DOM is seamless - it is not, you simply can't see the seam.

All the feet were welded to double plating (i.e. a reinforcing plate welded to the shell, and then a smaller "foot" welded to the bottom of the tube - and then to the reinforcing plate. The cage is tied to the shell in about 20 different places: along the a-pillar, along the top of the windshield, B-pillar, roof etc. - this stiffens up the car a lot.

Here's a couple of dark photos I took right after finishing it. There's also one which shows my new roof under construction.
