I have replaced this fuse 3 times and it continues to blow. It has lead my car to over heat twice, and I'm completely stumped. I know I can wire the fans to a switch, but I'd still like them to come on automatically, plus god knows what else this fuse is used for. Any idea why this is happening?

Odds are you have a short somewhere causing it to blow. Ive blown mine 3 times already, all revolving around my stereo system. I tracked down exactly where the problem was by throwing a 60amp fuse in there and looked for smoke lol. Not the best method but it worked :)

If your fans are what is dying directly with the fuse my first place i would check would be that. Make sure you dont have any wires frayed, cut, damaged, ect. If no luck there than the hunt begins. gl bro
