so i finally just picked up a classic and on while on the freeway driving it home, i noticed the temperature gauge dropped off and then started shaking. it stopped when i got off the highway. seems to occur at around 50-60mph. any idea whats wrong with it? thanks

sounds like a short in the water temp gauge. check the terminals where it plugs in at and the cable make sure its not fraied anywhere
