My SR20 Front Wheel Drive engine has 88mm pistons and I am chasing a standard type factory head gasket that will suit my oversize pistons. I have been using a 40 thou copper gasket but without O rings I am Getting to mach blow by. Can anybody suggest an alternative.

You might want to try a stainless gasket. We use the copper ones on the sprint car motor's and they don't seal that good. But the motor's come apart after 4-5 hundred laps or so to get fresh stuff so it's not a problem on them.

Unfortunately, the stock gasket doesn't go that hi... I would recomend a JWT gasket. That is what I persoanlly use and have had no problems. They go for $300 from JWT & will hold 500 whp no problem too!
Cheers!
