I would do .030 or .025. I personally run .030 with BKR7E's. I love it.

IMO, I think you should check the gap on spark plugs whether they tell you to or not. It's cheap insurance. Dump those Denso Iridiums and get some NGK BKR7E's. They're $1.50 a piece so don't even worry about it.

IMHO I found gapping to .020 works best for turbo applications.

That's because you boost a lot higher than a T25 DET would Mike.

The denso's are in and they've been gapped to exactly .030mm. Lets see what happens; before I had the ngk R's in....Let's see if there's any difference.....

Wow! I don't even have a feeler gauge that goes down to 0.030mm!

(Yes, I'm kidding. Sorry, I just couldn't resist. ;))

oops! did I put mm haha....funny. I took the car out to go to work with the denso's in and I definately felt a little more pull. I would def. recommend these to anyone. Got new wires too...and tossed those nasty nology's.

The stock SR20DET (8:5:1 or 8:3:1) gap is .035mm.

Feeler gauge? I just use coins to set my gap. Four settings... 1/4, 1/20, 1/10, and 1/2(rare)

NGK iridiums are the only way to fly. Running 12psi or less you can stay with the stock ;)
