Once again, I'm looking for pictures of the AEM cold air intake installed on one of our cars, preferably a low-port since that's what I've got. I'm considering going that route and getting rid of my HS setup.

Before you tell me to search, I just spent half an hour looking at old posts and all of the picture links are dead. Help a guy out, y'all.

i have a pretty blue aem in mine.
bought it used but in mint condition from Xoxis, in SC. drove there and he put it on for me....no shipping

$150 total...and met some great people there.
got like 3-4 pics of it on, but it's real pictures, and don't have a scanner

I know marty bought one recently and installed it. He said it was hard as a bitch to put in...lots of modification needed, along with a big dose of patience. His name on the forum is martin_g34 or something like that. Ask him about it. He said it looks really nice now that he has it in, worth the trouble. Hope this helps.

The installation wasnt that difficult, you just have to be ready to cut a hole for the piping to go through. It comes with instructions.

just wish i had the patience to clean my engine bay like his was.

Does the AEM cai make more power than the HS or PR CAI? I already have the PR CAI and I heard it makes around 3-4 more peak hp whereas the AEM cai makes around 8 peak hp.

YES supposedly gives 2-3 more horsepower.
