Well I don't know how long it's been since you've sent it, but if you really need your car, I wouldn't start it till I had the ECU... maybe if you sent it out a LOOOONG time ago and you are supposed to be getting it soon you should be fine I think... but I think the only other thing you can do use a stand-alone or somehow turn your car to obd-1 and get a bb ecu which I'm sure is not really feasible.
Or you can also really risk it and just run it with a regular ECU with other band-aids like FPR, etc. Oh wait, a Apexi S-AFC might work also.
Jose...
Look at my "How not to do a turbo install" FAQ at the top of this forum. Do this stuff steps at a time. Do the clutch first. Wait for the ECU and put in the ECU and injectors next. THEN do the turbo install.

Since you say do the ecu and injectors before the turbo install, how would do the turbo ecu with 50lb injectors on a NA motor. Wouldn't your car run rich and the timing and fuel curves be that of a turbo car  . Thanks

You do remember we have a MAF system right? The fuel would be fine. It would drive perfectly like a NA car. It might be a bit slower because the timing maps are a bit retarded but it's only temporary anyway.

Now I understand perfectly, I had a feeling about that but wasn't to sure. Thanks!;)

Joe's got another car, so he'll be ok in terms of not rushing things. Hope everything goes well Joe. Give me a call or an IM.
