with oil pickup, no spacer included but I do believe you can use this on your DE or DET as long as you use the spacer/pulley currently on the motor. $100 shipped
the aluminum mouth of the pickup is a little dented but shouldn't be any problem. Can be bent back with pliers, real easy. Pump itself and front cover is in great condition
