when i brake my steering wheel rattles as wheel as my brakes. i'm not sure if its the rotors the pads, or brake fluid filled with air bubbles. anybody got an answer

Sounds like you're describing a shuddering. Likely warped rotors.

Warped rotors. Just turn them. If they're within spec (thick enough, haven't been turned before much), about $10 apiece. Else, go get the Brembo blanks people talk about on here; cheaper than just about anything else, $25 or so.
