Ok, everytime I fix something 2 other things break. I just put another tranny in. After blowing 3rd gear to bejeebus. So along with doing that I put in some motor mounts, and also purchased a full exhaust at the same time. I lost the 18 inchers to some nice lightweight 15's.

Figured she'd be happy for a while. NOPE! Now my starters going out, and so is my alternator. But wait that's not all if you call within the next 5 minutes. I'll throw in a broken clutch arm. Yes ladies and gentlemen I get to pull my tranny back apart. I'm rather excited about it. As I'm sure you all know. Anyhow, the thing snapped on me today.

Mental Note: Next time I do tranny install, swap out stock clutch arm with reinforced unit.

Yeah I was in a hurry to put the new tranny in and didn't even think about switching out the parts. OOOOh Well...

Side Note: Raced a 2002 Saleen S281 supercharged model. From a stop he got me. From a roll I pulled on him. This WAS on my bottle. And before the clutch arm tragedy..

what kind of clutch you got? Im putting one in and ive heard that i should reinforce it too.

My clutch is the infamous tranny trasher. ACT Extreme PP with street disc. Do yourself a favor. While you have it down reinforce the dang thing. It's easy to get done, and you won't have to pull the tranny back apart in order to fix it.

I know, I was just being a smartass, poking fun at the "Street racing story" police. :) As if not talking about something will make it go away. :) Maybe that's why the gov't can't win their "war on drugs" because they keep talking about it.
