When buying one, should I just consider the top-leather part, or just go ahead and replace the whole plastic lining and holder? I have a 99 SE-L and someone told me just to get one of a used maxima...

it's really hard to explain. It's a thick padding just placed ON TOP OF the storage "hole" behind the emergency hand brake. It still let you to access to the hole when you flip up the armrest. it's nice and useful.

This won't match the interior of my SE-L, I think I'm gonna go for the charcoal gray one.

charcoal gray is black. I have it on my car, it matched the black interior perfectly.
