I have some extra cash and was wanting to do a customized grill setup on my classic 93. I heard people talk of a dremel tool i think. Does anyone know how much these things usually cost and where I can get one and if so, which attachments i would need to gut out the center portion of my grill, because i want to put a black mesh screen on it. Anyone also know where i can get this type of screen and how i would attach it? TIA

a nice dremel kit will run you close to 100$ but it will come with enough attachments for cutting that out.. if not you can buy the specific one u want like a carbide tip cutter or somethin... the dudes at the store will hook u up just ask... but it is well worth it.. my buddy bought one about 2 yrs ago.,.. and ive used it waaaay more than he has.. but i sure am glad he got it....:D
anyhow...as far as the grill... how small of holes do you want... i have a big sheet of expanded aluminum and i have a grip leftover from cuttin out my grilles it is the bigger hole type though..if thats the kind you want then i can hook u up..if u want the stuff with smaller holes...go to home depot and get a small sheet...but its not cheap...as far as stickin it on,,, different people use different things.. mainly shoe goo type adhesives work well... actually if you can find plumbers goop or marine goop it will work great against water....that s about as e-z as it gets bro.. not too complicated...simple yet effective...good luck...

dremel tools are great. I used one for my "ghetto" grill on my old 4dr. It looked great. You can get a nice sized kit at sears. Make sure you get a 5speed craftsman rotary tool. It will be about 49-59.99. As far as the metal mesh. go to home depot or lowes and get some gutter guard. It is like 4.97 for a HUGE sheet. it will be less than shipping. I used pop rivets to hold the metal mesh on my grill. It was definatly the most professional "Ghetto" grill I have ever seen.
