Ok long story short:

Sis's boyfriend's Red NX needs a drivers side axle, we bought one over a month ago before I moved. They kept our core in "the back" and ordered the axle in, the didn't have the core when we picked it up so we didn't check it and took it home... (we used a spare axle I had for my DET swap as a core, so he can still drive the car thank god)
Went to replace it tonight and its not even close to the right axle...

They looked up 91-93 NX's in the computer and they all show the same axle # that is on our box, BUT they looked it up for a 95+ 200SX SE-R and its a different number. I have one of Tuned 200's axles in the garage and I know its the same, sooooo just making sure there is NO difference, and has anyone ever ordered axles from there and if so do you have the part #?

Next problem is they say they can't order the 95+ axle but they "might" be able to in the next couple of days (sounds like BS to me) soooo now I'm screwed, they have my core, and they are willing to return my money spent on the axle, but I'm out a core, and will get charged at any other parts place.... HELP.
Thanks
Chris

7257 is the part number for a 92 NX 2000 or 92 Classic. Without ABS. (drivers side)

Yep, just bought one 2 weeks ago, same part number. How did the other one look different?

Well one thing is his car has ABS, but that wasn't the problem....

1st off, length was wrong.
Second off, you know how there are straight splines on the axle like on the hub side and the tranny side, then on the tranny side there are the like wierd cross-hatched ones? (sorry for the poor explanation). This axle ALMOST looked like it had two of the hub side of the axle on it...

I THINK that was almost the part # we had though (box is in the garage I'll look tommorow.... But sheesh this sucks.
