2.25". Especially since your avatar says, "Poor as hell" which means you probably wont be getting a bigger turbo anytime soon. :)

i dont know a damn thing about size or what not.........

but i will suggest this. have it made of polished stainless. do not have it mandrel bent, have the bends made of many pieces of angle cut tubing. that always looks AMAZING.;)

2in and aluminum!!

lots of cuts in the pipe is bad it reduces the flow of the air in the pipe, because its not smooth or curved.

Yea, that setup I would say 2" , 2.25" at the most .... we ran 2.5" with the T3/T04e @22 lbs and we still put down an easy 400 WHP .... comparing that to a very similar setup , same turbo at same boost with 3" I/C piping , we made boost ALOT sooner , and made the same HP #'s .....

I would go w/ 2.5" all the way on that. GIves you room to grow, just in case and is a proven set up (FMAX kits always ran 2.5")

Aluminum is IMO the best, minimal corrosion, lightweight, dissipates heat well (stainless actually retains heat) etc...

i cant tell you factory piping is 2 inch on hot side...like 2.5 on cold side then after the stock bov it goes to 2.75 into the tb.
