you wont have an issue as long as you use the mechanical speed sensor.

so i can take out my B13 tranny (mechanical speedo sensor) and put in a B14 tranny (electronic speedo sensor) and my speedometer will still work ?

^^ that cable has to go into the back of the speedo and back into the transmission. can you hear it whizzing (spinning) behind the gauge cluster? thats now mine is, just forgot to pull it before hand is all..

If you do that then your tranny will have the speedo sensor from the B14 and your cluster will still be looking for the mechanical B13 type. You will have to install the B13 mechanical speed sensor in the B14 tranny and all will work.

is that a simple install ?
