another noise? yes and thats what it sounds like..
its a real high pitch screeching sound from the right drivers side wheel when I go about 5mph or am parking..
I first thought belts but I jacked the car up and spun the wheel and it made the farking weeeeee whistling screech noise..
I removed the caliper to see if I had some crap on the disk and pads and then spun the wheel and the noise is still there..
The wheel bearing is about 7 months old so it should not be that..
Could it be that when they did the bearing they did not re-grease the CV-joint Bearings and somehow they are making that dumbass noise?
I am just wondering if anyone else has heard this before and if they know what to do?
I might just yank the CV out from both ends and re grease and replace the boots tomorrow to see if that makes a difference..
