50$ is a good deal, but 2 inch isnt very big.

I always wanted that exhaust... Nice find! There is less restriction because the walls are mandrel bent and there aren't any pinches in the pipe like in the stock exhaust... It will flow better

How much would this help me anyway?

I wouldn't pass it for 50 either, but just saying with his setup, 2.25" would be suffice.

Well its 1/4 bigger than stock cause stock is 1.75" and its better flowing than stock.

So.. its better than nothing for 50 bucks. My question is why would someone sell a 600$ rare exhaust for $50? Seems weird to me.

Thought stock was 1 7/8"?

I used a dial caliper or dial indicator to measure... and i got 1 3/4"

I might be wrong but thats what i measured.

let me know if you want to sell the stock catback exhaust setup from your 98!! i'll stop by and pick it up asap.

Because calvin [sr20whoknew] is getting it from his brothers bestfriend who also owns a very well done and clean se-r. His brothers bestfriend is reverting his se-r back to stock so his pops can drive it.

I know it should be 2.5" but for a Stromung for $50 I couldn't pass it up.

u might gain 1-2 whp or so but the sound value is absolute..those stromung muff has a nice purr to them--make a vid when u get a chance:rofl:

2" is fine even on a cammed SR! It will make more power everywhere over a stock exhaust and just about every other aftermarket exhaust.

Unless you are high comp., port work, etc.... this exhaust is just fine!
