Hmm, im currently looking for a complete 2.5" cat-back system for my egg.

But arround here in europe it seems impossible to locate it, only 1 company i found, got the rear muffler. But it doesnt cut it :)

Anyone here able to direct me to a trustworthy seller??

Those i tried so far.

Suddenly stopped replying to my e-mails :(

I know it aint cheap to get stuff shipped off to europe from the US, but i allso know it doesnt cost 500$ :), since i just got my headers, and deliverd at my adress, it wasnt 500$ for both :)

Any suggestions?

the problem is that it takes up a decent bit of room and its not lite.

Maybe find someone who can do the job for you? I have build my own 3" free flow exhaust inc. 3" megan racing muffler for just over €300,-

..and getting an exhaust from US to Europe isn't cheap.... I've ordered two 3" downpipes from JGY and costed me about twice the selling price to get them over here :squint:

Anyway, good luck

I just made another myself (my 3rd)

What you need to make one yourself (cat-back)

- 2X 90 degree mandrell bend (20$ each)
http://www.stainlessworks.net/cart/images/90%20bend.jpg

-2X 45 degree mandrell bend (20$ each)
http://www.stainlessworks.net/cart/images/45%20bend.jpg

-Straight pipe 2.5 piping (35$ for 5 feet,you need like 3-4 feet)

-You need to make the pipe inside each other so get them expanded so it just fit in each other, after that, you have to weld it or get it welded

-Muffler 2.75 inch(piping should enter the muffler just right if piping is 2.5)
You can take a magnaflow muffler the 2.5 inch is a 2.75

have a look at the 2 90 degree bend its like this
Its the exact bend you need...

Always put the tube from the front of the car indside the next, and the last pipe go inside the muffler

If you think its too complicated, sorry i hope it can help

Thanks alot for that nice guide :), might be my last option, *** welding it together aint good, the weather here + when it snows, gov. tosses salt on the roads, then the welds would rust, very fast, and it would only last 1 season :(

But i have ben looking arround alot, and i noticed that the Sentra, is allso called B13?, does this mean they share the same platform.
Here in denmark we dont have Sentras, or at least i never ever saw one :)

Meganracing, got a swedish dealership, and i found this on www.meganracing.com

Would it allso fit a NX?, i know the N14 Hatch shares the same platform, but i have no clue about the sentra.

they fit with a lil modding. the muffler area in an NX is a lil shorter so you would need someone to shorten the axle back piece. Im not sure where as I did the DIY 3" turbo back as well. but its been done many of times.

Thanks alot, ill try to order the Meganracing one, and hope i can get it to fit.

Arround here, a custom made exhaust is expensive :(
The cheapest i found so far, that wanted to make it for me, would set me back 995$.
Thats pretty expensive imo :)

I wish the companyes over in the US woudnt charge so much extra, when shipping to Europe :(

Dont worry im in Canada we have as much snow as in Sweden and lot of salt in the road so my piping last 4 years and a half and my Magnaflow muffler is still like a new

This setup should last 5 years with snow and salt and lots of winter handbrake drifting:D

I can take pics if you want to see my exhaust setup and the pipe i just changed because of the rust(last almost 5 year)

Send a PM to Tank (TurboTank). Maybe he can get you a VRS catback shipped to you for a little less. But the shipping is killer $$ to Europe. The VRS catback in Stainless can run about $450US, so the $500 price to Europe is probably a good price.

You may want to get the price for an aluminum kit to save about $110.

Ohh think you misunderstood me :)
Its 500 or so for the cat-back AND 500 for the shipping, if it was 50$ for the shipping i would have ordered it asap.

:)

Ill try to contact Tank, i like the VSR one :)
