I have a 1991 nissan 240sx. It has a sr20det with several performance mods. It has the t25 stock turbo at 14psi daily. I also live in alabama. With that info.... My question is: What is the best brand of oil to use in my situation??? Almost everytime I take the car out I drive the hell out of it at least a couple of times. Please give the best brand and best weight of oil to use.

Also what oil filter would be the best in my situation? Brand and part numbers please.

1 more thing..... how many quarts do I need?

Well what about the weight???? Also what about the brand of mobil one???? There is a entire shelf of different mobil one? Which one you prefer? Also do you have a part number for the oem filter?
