It's not just about lighting, but the color of the lighting as well as the pattern. HIDs in a non projector lens don't really help too much other than increasing light intensity. You probably won't see much more though...

just buy blue bulbs or hids so u get that clean clean clean hid look mmmm

yeah go to ebay and type in true blue and watch what comes up
