Hey serban we both have the same shift knob. It makes my eyes hurt less when I look at the long pole sticking out of my floor that is supposed to resemble a shift lever...

Still stock shifter baby, nothing works better than a long stick.

I just bought a nice leather Sparco knob. I like the idea of leather better then metal.

I bought the OEM se-r shift knob and IIRC it was about $45 from the dealer.

Sparco was also $45. I don't really know which is nicer in the end. The stock nissan one is pretty nice IMHO.

I would strongly Second the idea that leather is better than metal. When I got my short shifter, I had to cut off the knob, so I bought this cheap APC aluminum one. Well, I had my momo one on the way from the eBay dealer, so I had to make do. Bottom line is this: every single time I got in the car, the shift knob was around 200 degrees. I had a cloth over it the entire time. Never EVER get metal on your shift knob unless you live underground and out of the way of the sun or any other heating elements!!! :)

Here's mine:

Its *very* ergonomic and weighted to make shifts feels slightly "snappier."

Its a Razo Type 400. I got it from some Honda internet site fro about $40.

I love it.

I have a Razo with leather on it , but it makes this damn buzzzing noise, so I put my Momo cobra back on. I like the Razo better, feels better in your hand.

That buzzing is the stupid aluminum "emblem." I just shot a littl-bitty tiny piece of super glu gel in there and its gone.

Found the place:

http://store.yahoo.com/twincamtech/razredstitsh.html

Dont pay attention to the pic on the site (its a wierd angle).

The knob is gorgeous in person, but more importantly, it feels like BUTTAH in my hand. Seriously even with my cool Nismo knob, I prefer the feel of the Razo by 100fold.
