I went to change out my rear brakes and the driver side is siezed. bummer.

So, my question s are as follows:

1. I have B14, my old B13 is a dead part-out car. Can I retrofit the B13 brake caliper onto the B14?

2. Can I somehow get my frozen caliper to work again? I have access to a full shop if that helps. The mechanic is stubborn and won't look at my car because it's an import and he thinks I'm a ricer :/

a while back i asked if a b13 rear would work on a b14 and the answer i got was no.
