hehe.. this little swap is soo nice.. for any of you whos done it you know what im talking about.
You stick to the seat more... the you feel the ride a little more. and it as easy as 1 2 3 to install them.
12, 14mm socket, phillips screw driver, and a flat head and you need to make sure you have two 10mm hexed nuts and a pair of washers the ones I grabbed from AutoZone are part number 44074 M10-1.25.
First remove the Driver side by removing the four bolts the keep the seat in the car. then unplug the the wire under the car that attached to the seat for the seatbelt sensor.
On the side of the seat remove the plastic with the phillips screw driver. next slide the rail all to one side and use the 12mm socket to unscrew the black bolts x2, 1 on each side. then there are 2 goldplated bolts remove them with the 12mm socket, then change to the 14mm socket and remove the one big gold bolt then move over to the seat belt attachment and remove two black bolts using the same 14mm socket. then twist and turn until you remove the wire that is hooked on too the rail. now do this in reverse to install the the nx Rail. Make sure to have the little lever facing inside towards the passanger side of the car.
Also your going to need the nut and the washer to lock one of the bolts from the seatbelt lock. and then your done. its easy and it took me about an hour.
Ps while your seats are of tell me what you find. I found a quarter on the seat rail, cheatos where i would never thought id find one and some McD's frys :D .. i didnt vaccum i figured thats next weekend. hehe if you have anyquestions AIM me..
