Do any of you guys have this setup? The price looks great but I'm wondering if it is just that lawn edging from Home Depot?

DON'T GET THAT SHIT!!

I have seen it before and basiclly its the molding the goes around floors in offices between the tile and the wall. IT sells at home depot for like a few cents a foot. They attach it with 3m double side tape BIG ARSE POS

I agree. I have seen some people "custom fabricate" a lip for the bumpers, and, well, it doesnt look all that great. I think a 93-94 bumper with the airdam will be all you need. I got one for my car, and it made it look so much better.

Uh, I would avoid the overpriced carpet edging.
But then again I spent a whopping $10 on vinyl siding and a can of paint on mine. :D
Yep, it's ghetto but it does it's job. For instructions search the archives under "racerlinn" and "air dam".

Okay,
Looking to see interest in a front lip such as this for the B13 SE-R. I know someone that does carbon fiber work (wakeboard & windsurf board manufacturing) & I spoke to him and he said that if I got enough people to purchase (10+ because of setup costs) that he would be willing to manufacture them for me as a favor. They would fit the B13 with a '91-'92 front bumper cover. This will be a 1 time run. The pricing would be as follows: 10-19 $125.00 & 20+ $100.00 each plus shipping. The conditions would have to be pre-paid and approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. I am looking to have the deal closed and payments to be made buy Labor Day 2002 with delivery no later than Halloween 2002. The deal is already be made, just needs to be paid for and that's it.

If you have any questions please email me at turboser@stx.rr.com

Let's get in on this deal people, the more the cheaper, $125 is already a cheap price for a carbon fibre lip, that is what lips for Honda's cost.

i just talked to Jon today and from my understanding there is also
An aluminum undertray in the works to maximize downforce from 100mph and up (excellent for you top-speed freaks) or anyone w/ an upgraded ecu, so not only will this lip look good but is fully functional. Pics hopefully next week.

$125 plus an additional fee for those who want an aluminum undertray

First, thanks for starting the project!

How far back is the aluminum undertray going to go? Why was aluminum chosen instead of CF? Are there any plans for a mid car or rear car undertray? It would be great if someone finally made a nice full car undertray system... like the NSX has... or even a front and back system like the GTR has.

What is the angle of the front lip? Is it straight down or do you plan on having it setup with an angle... I see a lot of "style lips" that look like they're scooping when we know that's not as effective.

Hello to you'll that were interested in the carbon front lip for the B13's. I regret to have to inform you that the deal will not come around due to the fact that my friend and the fabricator was tragically killed Friday 11/01/02 in a Kiteboarding accident. He will greatly missed by all that knew him.

Here is link for those interested.
