I'm not sure if this would be a good idea or not. Lately I have been reading the buyer/seller feedback section, its plain horrible. People are being taken advantage of. I was thinking people who want to sell stuff, should pay some money to use it or give more information about themselves, such as an address, phone number. Not sure if I put this in the right place, if not can someone move it to the right area.

if there is problems, do research into the seller before you buy. i mostly deal with paypal and learn the sellers info before i even think of sending money. if they look fishy i ask them for more info before its a deal. just be smart

I think that if you do a little research it'll go along way. It'd be hard to make everybody be straight. Even if you get them to pay a fee there will still be bad apples in the group. Just how life works.
