My motor mount behind behind my anti-freeze overflow collector is torn in two places. I definitely need to replace it. My question is, could someone please provide a complete list of the locations of every motor mount on the SR, and then explain what other motor mounts commonly go bad and are easily replaceable. I need to order them today so I can have them in my hand by Friday. My Dad's friend who does all the work on my car is leaving for vacation after Friday.

PS: I know I've posted a topic before about the location of motor mounts, but for some reason I can't find it via the search feature. I checked my haynes manual, and the description is rather vague. I can't even find anything in my shop manual. :confused:

There is one behind the radiator in the center of the car. It does not fail.
There is one near the firewall in the center of the car. It does fail.
There is one below the battery tray. I don't think this one fails.
There is the one on the passenger side near coolant overflow bottle. It does fail.

Thanks very much, jacen. I really appreciate it. That's good to hear that those other one's don't really go bad. I'm going to go to the dealer in a bit and order just one mount to replace the torn one. Thanks again.

That mount is $73 from Courtesy.

Thanks Eric. I decided to order it right from my local dealer though, because I don't want to risk not getting it in on time. The dealer charged me $97 bucks, of course. It will definitely be here Thursday though.
