Ok now my problem is, when the rockers all went the cams got lightly scratched. Now if I had OEM cams, I really wouldn't mind but I don't really want to lose my S3's. How much tolerance do I have for light scratches? TIA

I wouldn't worry about minimal scratches. If you can pass your fingernail over the lobes without gritting your teeth you're probably OK.

You should be ok, one of the lobes on my intake cam has some scrathes, and its ok. You should have no problems with them.
