I ran into the same problem with mine. Luckily, a local Mustang owner was ordering his at the same time, and we shipped them together and split it evenly. Hit the local speed shops and see if anybody is thinking of ordering a bar, too. That's the only suggestion I have. Good luck! I'm guessing the harness bar goes behind the front seats, and is an anchor for a 5 point harness.
