: Engine bay pic.(o2induction manifold)
Jackson Diamond 06-20-2002, 11:34 AM Here is a pic of the o2induction prototype intake manifold for our cars. I will be dynoing my car soon. Stay Tuned

Dswtflip4u 06-20-2002, 02:12 PM is that a b14? I can't tell .

Dswtflip4u 06-20-2002, 02:13 PM shit man sorry, I didn't even notice that I clicked on the "200sx" forum.

Victorious 06-20-2002, 04:12 PM It's SOOOOOOOOOO P-R-E-T-T-Y:D
Stiletto 06-20-2002, 05:59 PM dude, i don't think that turbo is big enough. ;)
cool, please let us know how the dyno results turn out. you don't happen to have any N/A test cars planned, do ya?
Crono1321 06-21-2002, 01:45 AM Oh my god that turbo is frickin huge!!!!!!! What is better about this one? I'm anxious to hear some stuff about this.
Dswtflip4u 06-21-2002, 06:17 AM hey can you take a closer picture of the manifold. I am trying to see where the injectors would sit and how the sensors are located. Thanks.
Bryan
Jackson Diamond 06-21-2002, 11:37 AM Heres the downlow. We used the stock mounting section and cut it off "after" the injector buckets. THe runners are straight in and about three inches long, with velocity stacks in the collector on each runner. This will help in air flow, strainght flow for three inches into the head, as opposed to a 90 degree bend for like 8 inches. As for sensors, the two water temp sensors are still in the manifold below cylinder #1, the idel air control sensors on the end of the collector are mounted elswhere in the engine bay with a mounting plate. All egr is done away with, thats right NO egr, so if you have emissions this is not the manifold for you. The enitre manifold is made of aluminum so its pretty light. Any other questions?
Oh and that turbo is sold the new one i have is bigger! Thats a stage 3 t3/t4 the new one i have is a stage 5. :D
Crono1321 06-21-2002, 12:17 PM Holy shiza JD I wish I could see your new turbo! Um, are these going to be for sale? Where from if so?
Crono1321 06-21-2002, 12:19 PM oh damn I just reread stiletto's post. I'm assuming these are only for turbo then eh? :(

yes, see my previous post. :)
Jackson Diamond 06-21-2002, 09:18 PM We have one out somewhere that is getting tested N/A, i will find out. Also Mike Kojima is testing one on his turbo car.

Crono1321 06-22-2002, 03:04 AM So I'm curious...by getting one of these does the ECU need modification? I heard there is no egr, so that would mean yes, right? Also, does the throttle body now sit sideways?

Mindset 06-23-2002, 02:31 PM Isnt there a water jacket attached to fourth runner? What modification did you make for that?
Thanks!
BTW, it looks really good from what I can see.
Jackson Diamond 06-23-2002, 10:10 PM You dont have to get your ecu reprogramed, but the check engine light will come on. I had JWT put a resistor on the EGR sensor in my ecu.
We have a connection on the runner for the water hose below the maifold by cylinder #1.
SERracer01 06-23-2002, 10:56 PM HOW much for a stage 2???
Victorious 06-24-2002, 08:35 AM If I remember correctly the Stage I is $550 and it's recommended for N/A and small turbos. And the Stage II is $800. If you do an archive search for custom intake manifold, you'll find exact prices, pics, and even specs from a dyno pull.
Cjburn 06-24-2002, 01:03 PM The website is www.o2induction.com. You can check out their Toyota manifold for my friends' 3SGTE swapped 1994 Celica (it's at the bottom of the page).
PSSSHHHGOESMYSR20 06-28-2002, 01:54 PM Thats a B13
