try a locksmith. not sure though.

is the car locked? can u still get in? if not, then from what i read, u can't just give the vin number, as theives can just write down the vin number and try to get new keys. i think you need the registration and id to prove that you are the owner. if you can still get inside the car, just pop out one of the door or trunk locks, and take it to a lock smith. had mine done for 25 bucks, and i even watched the guy make the key from a blank and a thin round file.

Dealer can do it from vin #. My honda dealer makes you show a photo id and they copy it for theft purposes.

Not on a car older than 10 years. A locksmith is your best bet at this point.

I just went through this on my 92 NX.... Nissan dealership said its too old to cut from the vin. You have to pull the lock tumbler in one of your doors and take it in to a keyshop basically .... not really that hard

just get another key from another sentra.. get a few... one of them will open it. and start it.
